Σκοπός

Τα τελευταία χρόνια αναπτύχθηκε ιδιαίτερα η επιστημονική έρευνα και επικεντρώθηκε στον πλούσια κόσμο της χριστιανικής λατρείας. Ειδικοί ερευνητές μελέτησαν την άγνωστη στο σύνολό της χειρόγραφη παράδοση, η οποία διαφωτίζει την κατανόηση της ιστορίας της λατρείας αλλά και ανέπτυξαν νέες μεθοδολογικές προσεγγίσεις, όπως η χρήση νέων ψηφιακών τεχνολογιών που άλλαξαν ριζικά τη μελέτη των χειρογράφων. Ως συνέπεια την όλης ερευνητικής προσπάθειας, το αντικείμενο της λατρείας έχει λάβει πλέον τη δέουσα θέση της στο στερέωμα των θεολογικών ειδικεύσεων με αποτέλεσμα να σημειώνεται μια ευρύτερη και συνεκτικότερη προσέγγιση στη διδασκαλία και στην έρευνα. Το παρόν συνέδριο φιλοδοξει να προσφέρει μια πλατφόρμα για ειδικούς επιστήμονες και ερευνητές του κλάδου από διάφορες χώρες και ηπείρους, συνάγοντας αυτούς «επί τω αυτώ» ψηφιακά, για να συζητήσουν και να παρουσιάζουν την διενεργούμενη έρευνά τους συναφώς προς τη λειτουργική επιστήμη και τους συναφείς κλάδους. Το Συνέδριο, το οποίο θα διεξαχθεί μεταξύ 10ης και 12 Μαΐου 2021, συνδιοργανώνεται από το Τμήμα Κοινωνικής Θεολογίας και Χριστιανικού Πολιτισμού ΑΠΘ (μέσω του Εργαστηρίου Λειτουργικών Μελετών) και τη Θεολογική Σχολή του Πανεπιστημίου Ανατολικής Φινλανδίας.

Οι ενδιαφερόμενοι καλούνται να στείλουν στην Οργανωτική Επιτροπή την πρότασή τους-abstract (αγγλικά), τον τίτλο της εισήγησης, την ιδιότητα και τα στοιχεία επικοινωνία τους στην ηλεκτρονική διεύθυνση: elm@past.auth.gr έως τη 25 Μαρτίου 2021, ώστε να συμπεριληφθούν στο πρόγραμμα.

Scope of the Conference

Recent years have seen a rising scholarly interest in the rich and varied world of Christian liturgy, including not only newly discovered sources that further enlighten our understanding of the history of liturgy, but also new methodologies and interdisciplinary approaches, such as the use of digital technologies, which has revolutionized manuscript studies. Most importantly, the field of liturgy has begun to receive due appreciation as a fundamental part of Christian theology, resulting in the emergence of more integrative approaches to research and teaching. This conference provides a platform for scholars from different countries and continents, bringing them virtually together to present and discuss current projects related to liturgical studies and allied disciplines.

The conference, to be held on May 10-12, 2021, will be organized by the School of Social Theology and Christian Culture (Laboratory of Liturgical Studies) of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and the School of Theology of the University of Eastern Finland.

Conference speakers are asked to send their abstracts and title of presentation, affiliation and contact information to: elm@past.auth.gr by March 25, 2021, to be considered for inclusion in the program.
